would you help me come up with some unique and cool super powers for a comic book i'm working on?

an example of one is: there's a schizophrenic lady who doesn't know how to read tarot cards but she is delusional and believes that she can, and her power is that all her incorrect tarot card readings become true.

my characters powers are based on dreams they had after taking a drug but im having trouble coming up with powers that aren't generic.

the character sees monsters or similar stuff this monster protects the character but he can only use this monster by not taking his medication
