>get sick and get really anxious about it
>now just anxious 24/7

>get covid
>usually wouldn't give it two thoughts but for some reason, I got scared I could contaminate my parents (my father had a shitty health in general)
>after my "recovery" (shit was really just one night of intense migraine), I clean my hands like crazy when I go back home
>buy hand sanitizer...rubbing alcohol...disinfecting wipes
>anxious everyday
>my relationship with others degrade because I waste so much water, money and I isolate myself in fear
>become an alcoholic in a vain attempt to feel better
>father dies
>one less source of worry I guess?
>still afraid of contaminating mama
>and myself, too
>wonder at night if it will get better
>it's been 3 years now
It's hell, isn't it, OP?

my chest just feels so tight whenever i get anxious, i have no irrational fears that are being triggered, nothing to worry about, im a neet and my parents love me, there is nothing about my life to be anxious about whatsoever
if anything im just anxious about the feeling of being anxious, there's no way i can logic myself out of feeling like this

That's how it is for me but I was born neurotic and am filled with a little bit of psychological trauma. Some days I'll have absolutely nothing to worry about and still be gripped by an overwhelming sense of doom. My chest hurts and it feels like there's something stuck in my throat. I've gotten better at just dealing with it.

whenever my chest hurt id always think i was having a heart attack or something along those lines, im pretty bad at dealing with random changes to how my body feels that i dont have any control over
its nice that you can just deal with it somewhat i guess, i think this level of stress everyday would probably do bad things to my body

Everyone is diseased and anxiety is very common. Their diseases and anxiety are almost entirely a consequence of deliberate biochemical sabotage, mostly from the medical industry and food industry. Nearly everything you've been told about health, medication, and food is wrong or a half-truth
