im sorry op, but maybe join some sportsclub, not to find girls, but just to pass your free time, and the exercises and vague socialisation with the other people will do you good. Try to stay away from drugs, thats what got me when i was in your situation. Just worked under the week, and the weekends were a blurry haze were i just tried not to think and was high all the time. Didnt improve anything as you can guess.
