Computer's aren't magical boxes you know. Symptoms of component failure are usually quite easy to diagnose.

I'm using it normally and then it crash and took a while restart. I personally think it's an overheat issue because when it crash I was charging it and when i touch the table I put it on it was hot.

F. My 2021 laptop has been fucked for 14 months. Moved a bloated 15GB package cache folder to the other HD and it was never the same; even after I moved it back. Blue-screening on wake-up, boot errors and 'HD failures' on restarts. Can't even trust it off the plug anymore, with sudden power losses; even though the battery is not fucked. So I can no longer listen to podcasts while I vidya in the other room. My shit capacity phone is no good substitute.
Tried to use all the Windows repairs, e-mailed my local repair place and got ignored.
I just never turn it off now. Worst thing is being forced to go through the updates every 35 days and risking another error/crash. Just did mine this morning, so I'm relieved just to be back online. I'm hoping the Win10 end of support in October will let me not have to go through this anymore. I'll just leave it on until I can get a new non-fucked laptop, with some fucking HD space, and transfer all my shit over. I already have a portable HD ready. Dell, never fucking again.

I think a youtube vid or two and I can do it but right now I can't find a small enough screw driver

Right now it's working, but when I got it from my sister it didn't. For a while, I used it without the fan working, not because I was a retard but my mom keeps making me bring the laptop to a guy she knows and it works for a few days then it stopped, only when I bring it to my dad's friend did it run properly.

I unplug the charger and from the laptop body I can feel it temps drop significantly and right now i'm running all the thing I run when it crash and the temp still normal so I think I know the problem
