I remember like 8 years ago every job was pretty good, simple shit with decent pay and you could find decent work in a single week. Now you hunt for half a year and all you can find is grunt work with super loud and hot machines that will make you deaf even with hearing protection in a warehouse with no AC but its like 100 degrees constantly

i let reviews discourage me from applying to jobs too, literally every single company i looked up only had bad reviews
cos the people having a normal time aren't going to be posting reviews, they're too busy working
and i let myself be demoralized by 10 or so seething losers who weren't cut out for the job
