I crack my neck a *lot*. I make the drum beat to this one song with my index fingers on anything metal. I use long objects as fretboards or just do air chords sometimes but don't strum. I'll stop moving and start again on my left foot as not step off with the wrong one. I feel around my wrists with my fingers. I pull skin off my fingers. Etc.
