I have paronychia, they gave me antibiotics as well as antibiotic cream.

Do your self a favor and throw out your nail clippers and buy new ones. Do not cut your nails till treatments done.. And if it gets any worse go back to your dr.. hope you feel better soon and also don't pick your nose with that finger or toe it makes it way worse then it all ready is ;)
