I am very bad at judging when a person is old enough to give my seat to. Should I stay seated unless it's someone so old that they are visibly struggling to stay standing or what?

She is carrying one of those keychains that let you know she is pregnant. Iirc you get it from your local city council in Japan if you're a bit along. It works because they're homogenous. It fails when you dont notice it though because people dont ask you for your seat, as could be seen in the vid.
