Where do millennials get this RETARDED notion from that zoomers somehow aren't social or does not know how to socialize?
As a gen z everyone around me has a bunch of friends, when they are not with friends they are texting them, they are constantly following whatever other people are doing. Zoomers in general are fucking hypersocial.
I am probably one of the only ones out there that actually don't have friends and is asocial.

Nope. I'm a zoomer too with like 1-2 people I can consider my friend. We don't do anything but text once a while.

Texting isn't being social.
Besides, there are statistics that more Gen Z are friendless.

>that zoomers somehow aren't social or does not know how to socialize?
It's because zoomers on average do have less engagement with their local community, and on average do have fewer genuine real world connections. The key word here is genuine. Most of their relationships are very shallow surface level fair-weather friends, or mistaking social media engagement with socializing. Zoomers are far more likely to work on repairing relationship issues and are more prone to; avoid conflict, cut people off over minor disagreements, ghost, or not value their connections to others. This is largely because they weren't taught proper socialization skills and they grew up with the internet so they didn't learn how to properly separate how they act online with how they act in the real world.

Oh please Anon. I may have "friends" but they damn sure don't act like it. I ALWAYS have to text them first, I ALWAYS have to make dates for us to hang out. Is that really friendship? Huh? Tell me.
I hate people. I see people as things I can use to get ahead in life and sometimes obstacles, even these "friends" I have I only keep them around to stroke my ego and let people know that I'm not a total loser.

>Most of their relationships are very shallow
That's every generation and boomers especially so. The major difference is gen z doesn't waste time having a bullshit nothing conversation with some other group of retards so they have less of those.

this is correct. at work boomers will complain about the younger people don't want to talk ''man our break room sucks everyone is on their phone these days'' and it's because they want to do exactly what you said. they have this strange desire to have mundane conversations. i assume just for the sake of having someone listen to them
