It is beyond obvious I would, but I am a college dropout, so in reality, no woman with a high education would look twice at me (and no, I don't have the looks or the cash to make up for it).

I had the complete opposite experience than the one you described: I hated having to memorize bullshit and study hours with no end, all to end up being evaluated in a 2 hour test that would dictate if I had the expected knowledge or not.
Not to mention the group assignments that were a casino roulette of people that would die to get the highest mark and lazy bums who couldn't care less about it.
In comparison, working is a blessing (no stupid random deadlines that don't make sense, you actually get paid for the time you put, you can actually plan the things you are going to do and negotiate with the clients, the same group of people that you get to know quite well...). The only thing missing is a bunch of young beautiful women, but it's not like I got to experience any of that in uni anyways, so...

I see that you put a lot of effort into it so I do wanna be mean, but it looks a tad too banal and copypaste to me. There are too many similar buildings and it's too even. The centrepiece could use some sort special addition, something more creative to make it stand out and add balance to composition. Also the gables could use more dimension in general. Those are conservative recommendations that would go in line with the style you chose.
