Damn. I'm told by my couples therapist that it's extremely likely I am schizoid and high functioning autistic, but I refuse to get formally diagnosed.

You'll probably be the same, except now you also have delusions mixed in with your regular life, so while part of you can't help but cling to reality, another part of you will make it harder for you to do so.
It also isn't cool or based either, as all the based schizos just are that way, they didn't wake up and think "it would be so based and epic I were a heckin schizophrenic lmao, then I could farm points on the 4chinz with how epic I am". Also the answer is to just do drugs and interact with other crazy people probably.

Suffer extreme neglect and abuse and have it so that no matter what you do you can't change the outcome and no matter who you talk to nobody cares how you feel or acknowledges you as a real person.

Do this for long enough and eventually your sense of self as a real human will disappear and you will only feel any measure of peace and calm when you are alone.

Also its very likely that schizoid personality disorder is what the behaviorists call "learned helplessness". Not really sure why you'd want to make a trauma response your personality but that is the sincere way to do it.

Indeed. The only personality disorders that have some basis in biology are schizotypal personality disorder which is likely a very mild high functioning form of schizophrenia and to a lesser extent antisocial personality disorder in its extreme form(specifically psychopathy in the absence of childhood abuse). Both of which have been shown to have genetic influences. But yes for the most part personality disorders are just stable long term maladaptive learned patterns of behavior.

I really don't know, I feel a constant overwhelming urge to isolate myself in my room but I somehow still fail to be a schizoid because I have an opposing urge to be held and cared about.
