How many hours a day do you guys spend on 4chan?

I feel like treating the internet as a whole as this sort-of hub world where occasionally I'd hang out, talk to people, find out about stuff, etc.
but eventually I NEED to go out questing and go on adventures

This site is where I go to talk with real people and then I just listen to people talk on podcasts or watch videos.

Perhaps 12 hours a day.
I wake early and play vidya for an hour or two. Then I take breaks when the board is shit.
The web and vidya is such a great time-sink for a hopeless NEET shut-in.
