My mom let her brother move in with us, and it's been hell ever since.
He's 30, drinks constantly, doesn't clean up after himself, and somehow still thinks he's smarter than everyone else. He just sits around acting like some kind of intellectual, lecturing people like he's got it all figured out - even though he has nothing going for him.
He walks into my room without knocking and starts ranting about how I'm wasting my life or how I'm lazy. If I try to push back, he gets weirdly physical -- like grabbing my neck or arm and saying it's "just a joke."
What really gets me is how my mom defends him no matter what. It's always "he's going through a tough time" or "he just needs support." Meanwhile I'm stuck walking on eggshells in my own house.
I don't even feel like I live here anymore. Just needed to get that off my chest.
