It depends on what the person did, how far of a reach it had, and what the impacts were to others. Things that are recoverable; someone having a meltie/mental health episode/fight with friends or a small group, being the lolcow of a a group. Things that are not recoverable; becoming a globally renowned lolcow, being proven with hard evidence to have solicited sex from minors, being well known to be a backstabber or whore, any action that results in someone else's death/suicide intentional or not and irregardless of circumstances.
