>>81781928 (OP)Companies are actively subsidized by the government and private capital to work in jew daycare. Women in the workforce are also rarely ever part of the producer class(actually creates value), and instead hold jobs like PMs or HR reps which don't actively produce any value.
They are also incentivized to receive education. One example of this are grants given out simply for being women, usually along with some other academic or extracurricular achievement necessary to reach. No such analogue exists for men.
These structures exist for two reasons. One is to devalue wages. Bigger labor supply = labor becomes less valuable, which is great for companies.
The second is to take up most of a woman's reproductive years. 4 years of college + another 6-10 years building a career leaves a woman with only her mid to late 30s to seriously start dating and get married. This makes conception much harder along with the time crunch of balancing a job with raising kids, so she will only have 1-3 children, if any at all. With both parents generally working, it also makes the children more reliant on the state for things like education, so the state has more influence on what those children will grow up to be like with little respect as to whether what the state wants is actually good for the child. The state is little more than a proxy for business, so this helps to further increases the revenue of business later on.
There's a reason why public schools barely teach anything about personal finance, budgeting, or investing (if at all).
