AI's ethics are the the biggest ethical problem in this moment, right now.
The biggest ethical problem AI will bring in the future is its ability to collate data and make predictions. Imagine what states will do with that power the more the internet becomes integrated into daily life.
The internet will become (and for some is) just the running narrative in people's heads. AI will be able to watch and "comprehend" ALL of this. Every post. Every search. Every transaction. ALL of it.
And then it will be able to decide, based on arrest quotas or whatever, what to do with you.
Now imagine the push for all of these anti-speech laws on both the left and the right.
