Why do some people cut themselves? Always seemed retarded to me. Suicide i can at least understand, it ends everything and if theres no afterlife or at least no atferlife that punishes suicide then your suffering ends, but cutting yourself doesnt do fuckin anything

It's a bad habit, like biting your nails or fapping.

used to calm me down and distract me from whatever bad thoughts i was having at the time
