I've been attending meetings and practice sessions in my local Soka Gakkai groups and I can noticeably feel my inner self growing day by day
>became nicer and more patient with others
>stopped seeing "normies" as different people
>learned that every person faces a personal struggle no matter how ordinary they look on the outside
>became more creative and observant
>feel like i could write down entire books on social sciences
>learned how to tolerate rejection of your ideals without getting angry
>overthinking isn't bothering me as much
Chanting and a solid community connected by humanitarian values really does wonders uh
