They're not a narcissist then. Narcissists absolutely care about their image. They are not going to expose weaknesses or flaws, and they aren't going to take someone criticizing them.

The term narcissist has become as meaningless as autist. Narcissists are <6% of the population but because of all the popsci nonsense floating around people now think every person who is insecure, did something selfish, anyone stubborn, or anyone they just dislike has NPD.
