tried quitting at 11-12 for experimental purposes but failed then realized i was addicted and couldnt stop
unironically what helped is to kill libido through biochemistry (depression & ssri) as well as making sure youre not triggered by porn by normalizing it (i.e dont feel anything special toward it)
