My advice is to find a few foods that you can consistently get down easy.
For me it's pizza, mcdonalds burgers and burritos.
Rotate between these foods but don't eat one too much otherwise you'll get burnt out from it and not be able to stomach it for a few months
But if you're tired of one thing, then just don't eat it until you randomly crave it again.
This strat isn't the pinnacle of health I know, but at the same time it's better to eat something than to not eat at all.
