Feels good to distance myself from this hobby ngl. I look back to the SNES/Genesis and PS1/PS2 days with fond memories. Nowadays I look at a trailer for a modern AAA or even indie, and it feels like I'm looking at 30 games simultaneously.

Very few games, if any, made after 2014 are good. Games with online components are nearly always terrible. There are thousands of incredible games made between the eighties and 2010s that don't require an internet connection to play, you could fill your whole life playing them. I'd like SKG to succeed just to hurt the industry, because it deserves to be hurt.

It was retarded to begin with. Not every game should be compelled to last forever. When you buy a coffee you don't expect to have that coffee for all time. It's fine for a game to have a lifespan and developers shouldn't be forced to hand that game over to others at the end of it.
