Like the final boss of Ratchet and Clank 1, Drek was too hard. The final boss of Ratchet and Clank 2 the ultrapet is too easy. Nefarious strikes the right balance.
Ratchet and Clank 2 bit off more than they could chew with space combat and racing. They also included some weapons from R&C 1 with no upgrades which existed only to show you how cool and powerful the new Megacorp upgradeable weapons were, but they still included the Visibomb gun, which was the most exploitable and time consuming weapon to bug test.
