How am I supposed to go talk to a girl if I can never spot a single one anywhere?

I've been alone for over 30 years and it's hell. Heatwaves are the worst. There's nothing you can do during a heatwave without a hot girl.
My problem has always been the absolute lack of social networks. I dont know anyone, nobody knows I exist.
The worst part is knowing I'll die alone without ever even playing the game. No girl ever even considered me, because they didnt know I existed

IKR. I go to the park every week (only thing I could afford to do) and I am no closer to meeting any woman (of any age) that I could get laid with.
Likewise, I also hate summer heat and it is miserable. I get trapped heat in my home and I have to use a fan, even though it makes it worse.
It is depressing that women are never alone; they are always in pairs or groups. Any woman who made eyes at me was never alone or gettable.
Indeed, I have no social network myself. I'm like a ghost, which obviously gives these hyper-social women the ick. I just want to fuck a lot. FML.

I'm OP and I relate to this 100%. I've been deadlocked in this same situation for years and I honestly have no fuckin clue what I could even try at this point.
I did try Tinder for a while but it was a waste of my time. Women go there like it was a gacha game, they're not out there looking for their realistic looksmatch or anything like that. I'm not gonna pay to get ghosted by women.
