I've lost a lot of weight the last five years. I started exercising and dieting April 2020 at a peak weight of 434 pounds. I weigh myself every day and keep a record of it.

>July 13th 2020: 418 pounds
>July 13th 2021: 335 pounds
>July 13th 2022: 240 pounds
>July 13th 2023: 198 pounds
>July 13th 2024: 156 pounds
>July 13th 2025: 118 pounds

I'm a 29 year old 5'10 male.

Thank you!

Nah, not much. I can bench around 200, but I don't like weight lifting so I just do intense cardio. I was worried about loose skin, but it hasn't really been a problem with me for some reason. Maybe I lost gradually enough.

That's very awesome OP. And yeah, I heard that either long gradual loss or long fasts are best for mitigating loose skin.

How'd you get into intense cardio from 400? I'm assuming you obviously started with walks but did you just end up liking it or what?

I'm 6'0 and 197 lbs (I lift though) and I'm cutting down to 170-150. I had a similar journey to you but I wanted to gain muscle mass and go even further than a skeleton.
Why the fuck are you 118 pounds?
You're victim weight and basically anorexic at this point.
Do a bulk (but not too much) to a relatively normal weight at least fucking hell.
You went from one out of control addiction to another.

Anon, look. It's about as unhealthy being 5'10 118 pounds as it is 5'10 418. Get to a respectable weight that isn't bulky or fat, but functional like 160 pounds of mostly muscle or even 150 if that goal seems too far out.

You're underweight, your BMI is likely around 16.5-17 which is categorized as "extremely underweight" believe me as a college athlete that you need to eat or your body will hate you. I'm not saying go out and be a fat pig but put on some clean mass with protein and all that good stuff.
