Needless suffering is the greatest motivator. Everytime I want to be a lazy shit I then remind myself that lazy = will never have a gf = will die a KHHV = needless suffering.

I'm a fat 24 year old KHHV and my dream is to have a real life anime gf/waifu someday, I also would rather die a KHHV than ever settle with a roastie.

There's a difference between necessary and unnecessary suffering. Take the military for example: boot camp puts through you all types of physical and mental suffering but all of this is necessary in order to prevent you from dying, getting PTSD, becoming disabled (this is all unnecessary suffering). Or the reason why you put in the pain of exercising (necessary suffering) to prevent yourself from getting diabetes, cancer, or all other types of diseases (unnecessary suffering).

Being a KHHV is unnecessary suffering, all of our motivations are based on reward and pain. We want rewards to relieve our pain. It's why desire is the root cause of suffering and thus we should either desire less or fulfill our desires to remove that unnecessary suffering.

I've been thinking to myself if I really wanted a gf and a good life then I would've put in the work for it a long time ago.
But for years I've just been meandering through life not giving a shit about anything.

So if I really wanted it I would've started on that journey already, right? I know this sounds like a cope but when I deeply think about it, I don't want a wife and kids. So I just don't have a goal to work towards, so all the work I'd put in would be for nothing at the end.
