I have an issue with procrastination in my math classes, I know if I don't study I will fail but I'm so scared of studying and not understanding the concept and getting mad and biting into my pencil until I understand it.
I don't know what do to about this issue, maybe someone has had similar problems.

What math are you taking that's so hard to understand conceptually?

It's not so much the calculus and It's not even difficult I have gotten A's on my tests each time, I am just scared of being scared idk.
If anything the most difficult part of calculus is the algebraic part, that's kind of my fault for not having paid attention.

But the algebraic part is just practicing and solving exam sheets
its something that really needs to come from you because a teacher cant force you to solve problem sheets its literally only on you

if youre like me you can solve your exam sheet while you play a game or something and during a loadscreen or whatever you solve some problems. If theres one you dont get you can just ask your professor to solve it.
What's important is that you are learning and solving problems.
