no matter how shit your life is, you can always just do literally nothing. whenever i do void meditation i get sick of it after an hour and it motivate me to do whatever little thing to improve my life

exactly, the thing is my autistic brain sometimes gets convinced that doing nothing is the only logical thing to do. so i do nothing until i'm so bored out of my mind that doing literally anything else seems like the logical thing to do lol

true, again my idea of embracing doing nothing for a little while is to realize just how much doing literally nothing sucks. the cure to apathy is to be face to face with something that makes you feel things, and being in nothingness can make you feel so much more than binging youtube shorts or whatever
