I find that the best way of managing it is to stay away from drugs (especially weed which can make it worse) and to always try to think very logically and scientifically. Try not to give into your 'creative thoughts'. The more you strengthen your logically thinking the more you can keep your delusional thinking at bay. Also try to emulate how normies dress. Something I didn't realize I was doing for a long time but is one of the symptom criteria is dressing strangely. Like wearing all black or mismatched things like a jacket and shorts or flashy garish colors. /fa/ is unironically a good place to get fashion tips.

You probably also have a few shall we say "out there" ideas about philosophy or religion. ALWAYS keep that shit to yourself. Don't ever tell normies your genuine beliefs, throw out a smoke screen always tell them that you believe in some mundane culturally acceptable thing and never give details.

Thus pure rationality and logic taken to their natural endpoint ends up eliminating themselves, wrapping all the way around and logically justifying your delusions through the sheer impossibility of knowing any truths (except self-evident ones like existence being a thing). If you can't prove anything, if you can't really know anything either, then why choose one over or the other? In the end you're just doing what you feel like and what natural biases push you towards.
The difference between normalfags and (some) schizos here is just that the normalfags have biases pushing themselves into tacitly accepting certain aspects of existence that keep them operating nominally, while schizos with self-disorder don't.
