Whether you're male or female, when you're mid, things like a haircut that goes well with your face and well-fitting clothes and putting in effort to be fit matters much more, these things matter a lot when you're not already blessed with genetics.
When you're already chad/stacy you can be skinnyfat and people will still see you as hot, but when mid people put in effort they can go from 4/10 to 6-7/10. Women do this much more than men do, pretty simple. And rather than women trying to look less good it'd be better for the world if men tried to look good equally much.
