Should i add 99% isopropyl alcohol to my gas tank nearing 100k miles of using regular gas station goyim 10% ethanol gas since i got it? If i theoretically want to remove water buildup that theoretically should have occurred over such an extended period

You should put sand and piss in it.

Just get a fuel additive that removes water or cleans the tank. It might work given it's a solvent but do you know how much to put in? It probably needs buffering as well.
