You could try saying up front you don't want troons and then also immediately insist on a video call to confirm you aren't talking to someone male.
Still possible someone could try to use some sort of AI filter to look and sound female but the technology for that is pretty bad and takes a pretty decent setup to run without huge amounts of lag so that's pretty unlikely to be an issue.
