and whats your guys methods of recovering your sleep schedules when theyre messed up?

making up for lost sleep isn't a thing, you just go to be at a normal time the next night. Sleeping outside of your normal schedule just throws off your schedule even more.

my schedule changes all the time due to constant flights so i don't bother trying to fix it anymore. but what i used to do is just try to stay up all day and pass out at a normal human time

Stay up until 3-4pm. You won't be able to function without sleep. Sleep until midnight. Stay up until 11 am. Sleep until 7. Stay up until 4. Sleep until 12pm. Go to bed at 10 pm.

The only way is to wrap all the way around. You "lose" 3 days abouts.
