I think it's based how the first states to legalize abortion other than CA were all newly desegregated states in the deep south and Nixon's private comment on abortion was that it should be legal in cases of rape or miscegenation only. people know how ruinous it is, it's not a secret yet every year there are some women who didn't get the memo. a lot of really fucked up shit can happen in those cases later on.

She is kinda weird, she always told me not to be in the sun too long so i don't get dark, even though i literally never go outside anymore. I get clocked as looking Arab or Mexican. She really wishes i was lighter skin, which doesnt make sense because my dad is really dark. She couldve easily had the most aryan looking kids ever but she chose not to.

wrong, eurasians are all genetic cousins of each other with only relatively minor differences. blacks are much more genetically distinct and their features are apparent at a much lower level of dilution. also in a US context blacks are by far the most politically distinct race who everyone recognizes as having separate interests (this is just because of history, in the UK it's probably muslims) not to mention having the strongest class connotations.
