I never bought sheep liver before. Just sliced it and fried it up with onions. Pepper, chili and a squirt of bbq sauce for taste. Honestly, it's not great, it tastes the way that sheep smell.

my sauce in particular is pretty simple
i started by throwing some onions and garlic into the pan, then i added tomato sauce. Let that sit for like 8-10 mins in low heat
then add in the cream. Pasta goes in. Some salt and some black pepper. And it's done!

Made a good cobbler
>simmer 3c berries, 1/2c sugar, 1/4c water, 1/4tsp cherry extract and 1/2tsp vanilla extract until a jam texture
>melt 1/3c butter in a 8x8 pan
>mix a 7oz package of muffin mix, 1/4c sugar, and 3/4c milk and pour the batter over the butter in the pan (do not mix)
>drop scoops of the jam over the cobbler evenly (do not mix nigger)
>bake uncovered 350 for 55 minutes until crispy golden edges
It's so good I'm gonna do one with spice muffin mix and sauteed diced apples next time

That looks great, anon.
I don't trust myself to make pasta, the one time I tried I burnt it and my ex-gf was so angry haha!
Tonight I cooked up a steak on the pan and seasoned it with a lot of cajan, it was delicious but not as pink as I wanted, I left it on too long. I had some mixed veggies from a packet with it (potato, capsicum, zuccini). Pretty good. I have only lived on my own for a few months so I'm still getting the hang of cooking for myself.
