Food is culture, culture cannot be questioned without people getting butthurt. Eat half, say that it's great, but you're full. Put it in Tupperware and say you'll eat it for lunch. Dispose of it when you're at school or work.

Because being fat is stigmatized but so is trying to lose weight as a fat person, for some reason.

the trick is to get "full" earlier, I have a similar issue where whenever I decide to cut back on calories some external factor always tries to feed me.
Other than cutting back when you don't have a choice simply dont eat that much when you do have a choice.
