Empathy is a brain function. So if there is a supremely intelligent being he would have to be good. As evil is the lack of processing power.
Have you noticed lower iq races have exponentially higher crime rates?

well i mean empathy only evolved to improve tribe cohesion i assume a non entropic being would be so far beyond us we'd have nothing comparable beyond maybe plasma life forms
