No, my chad roommate wasn't promiscuous. He had a long term gf and was very loyal to her when we lived together. iirc they have a kid and are engaged now.

No. All the women that would flock around him were completely uninterested in interacting with me. There was one extremely hot girl that was close with him that I had a longer one-on-one conversation with. Despite it starting of cordially by us talking about our favorite horror movies, by the end of it she got very mean. E.g. she was trying to psychoanalyze me, telling me that I must feel so horrible being friends with such a hot guy that every girl wants, and having zero girls interested in me. I found out later, that she did that, because she got bored talking to me, and became solely interested in pouring salt into what she perceived to be my wounds, and trying to drive a wedge between me and my Chad friend to amuse herself. I just told her that she got it all wrong, and she stopped talking to me very shortly after that.
