idk about adhd but im autistic, I struggle with my day when I have things like appointments or I have to go and do something, like I cant get anything done until it transpires. I also struggles with getting tasks done to where it really frustrates me like I can spend 8 hours doing the laundry and tidying the flat and I dont own that much stuff. Right now my flat needs tidying and cleaning and I know its going to take me like 3 hours to do it. Maybe im just retarded idk
