I went to America on holiday for a bit (I'm from (Australia) and eating the food there made me feel so sickly and bloated
Came back and the food here felt like heaven compared to the shit in America. I gained a couple kg as well coming back...
What fucking chemicals are you putting in your food to make them like that?

I shop at Asian and Mexican markets then cook at home. It's the superior poorfag option anyway. They keep the prices more competitive or otherwise Mexicans and Asians wouldn't shop there.

The hamplanets that you'll find at walmart eat cheap processed foods, eat way too much fast food, and have no limit.
Richer areas will have thinner and fitter people who have better diets.

Our mainstream food is trash, but some stores sell mostly organic healthy food. Aldis and sprouts are good. I don't know any other stores though.

NEVER shop at the mainstream markets like Shartmart for food. Almost everything there is poisonous.
