Everyday the first thing I do when I wake up is watch porn and bust a fat nut. After that I spend most of my day eating junk food and playing vidya. I edge myself for hours as well. Finally, I end the day by busting yet another nut (my balls can hardly produce sperm after living like this since 2020. It is just a clear liquid at this point)

My question for you anons, is it possible to change? How do I muster up the willpower to fix this? Or am I doomed for life?

Seek God. Pray that he frees you from the chains of this bondage and generational curses. Pray for strength. Follow him. Start out small, and you will see miracles in your life. You are not doomed. You are beautifully made in Gods image and he loves you. You can do it Anon, you can over come this. The fact that you are pointing this out already shows God is trying to work through you. You can do it anon, you can overcome!

Literally everything you do is just indulgences for your dopamine system. You need self discipline and probably a drastic lifestyle change. Trying to do little incremental habit changes is probably not going to work for someone like you. Need to go full monk mode. You're probably fat so make exercise and losing weight your every day focus. Stop centering your mind around "liking it" or "being happy" you're not going to be happy either way so do what makes sense to do. Wake up and go for a 3 mile walk instead of porn. Start there and just keep focusing on the next task thats useful.

First things first, you need a reason to keep going, identify a reason to live and improve your lifestyle.
Then, after you've identified why you want change in your life, start with tiny intremental changes in your habits, maybe instead of watching porn the next thing in the morning try replacing it with a Netflix show or anime or whatever, stuff like that. I'd also reccomend cutting off junk food as it destroys testosterone (i.e. your willpower) but you can decide how much you'll cut off

all you need to do, is do something with your life other than touching your dick. that's all. just stop fucking gooning. maybe like once a week when you can't help it, allow yourself the reward of beating your meat, and watch the amount of sperm you've produced become a surprisingly normal amount. it's also good for mental health.

Also anon, have you heard of maslow's hierachy of needs? It was made by a psychologist and Its a visualization of everything you need to achieve your goals most optimally, the bottom is most important and climbing of the top depends on if you have your bottom needs fulfilled
