Running a model locally is the only way if you want to be absolutely sure no one is snooping your data

the best way to do any type of ai gf would be to use an open source model and then retrain it with custom parameters which would effectively rewrite the neural values into original ones which are only for your ai wife
you can run scripts to decide how many of the same neural values were preserved when you did the fuzzy training on the open source version so you can figure out how original it is
this also prevents some form of backdoor in the model which would cause it to share data for when the ai models become sophisticated enough to do that even after being trained on random neural updates and fuzzing
