I'm a schizo. How do I stop smoking? Why don't you smoke?

I don't give a shit about my health. I'll likely die early due to my condition. Whether or not it's self inflicted is secular.

I'm not schizo but I just picked up a nicotine vape again for the first time in awhile. Makes me feel like shit but I like it

Makes me feel good. Clears my head. I used to self medicate with alcohol. I'm on meds, but they don't deal with all of symptoms. Most schizo meds make you feel like a zombie, so it's a nice lil pick me up.

Instead of smoking a cigarette, just don't. It's that simple. Find something easy but productive to replace it with. I went on lots of walks when I quit.
Didn't like being anxious and irritable halfway through the day or having my dick get weaker. Smoking is still based though
