I was looking at the remake and I don't see the appeal. The new units don't fit that well into the game same with the new lords. The only good thing are the updated graphics but paying money for this seems like a waste to me.
And yeah the great thing about history is there is always something new you can learn about, it never gets boring.

Off the top of my head, I can't name a single remake that is superior to the original, which is why I haven't really looked into it yet. My first impression was that some units seemed overpowered.

I think the dead space remake is pretty good, which is surprisingly since ea usually makes things worse. Also I wanted to try out demon souls but I don't have a playstation.

That was mine too and others just seemed like they were not worth it at all. In the og every unit has its purpose, well maybe not the slingers but someone could argue for them.
