You aren't eating enough protein and you are probably eating more than you think you are. Cardio doesn't count unless your heart rate is 150 BPM for the majority of the time, too.

My brains not working now but I'll try to get what's in my head out,

It takes a lot of time and you can't just lose weight and then stop whatever you're doing
You have to permanently change your life, you can't for example diet just for a month, you have to eat like that for ever

people who lost weight usually also gain it back up because they're unable to not come back to their old habits because the food cravings are never ending

1000 calories is too little, your metabolism is fucked. You need to introduce cheat days with slightly above normal calories to avoid the plateau.
Starving only exists in the context of lack of proteins, wild tribal humans eat around only 600-800 calories per day and still don't die, while asians just 200 years ago did die on their 1000+ calories diets because all they ate are was rice.

the binging is the issue. at a certain point it doesn't matter how much exercise you end up doing. it's calories in, calories out. you're taking too many calories in. I'm not telling you to starve yourself, but binging for days on end is obviously going to have an effect
so again, you either need to fix whatever is mentally causing you to binge like that, or embrace it. do you enjoy the feeling of binging? do you enjoy eating thousands of calories in one sitting? do you actually want to be skinny?

Cardio is a meme, exercise barely burns calories.
If you're not doing resistance training, aka building muscle through moving heavy objects until your muscles are close or do give out, you're wasting time.
You simply need to eat less, start practicing some form of fasting, either not eating after like 6PM or going on an alternate day fasting schedule where you don't eat every other day.

Salads are not healthy despite the propaganda (antinutrients and natural plant defense chemicals are in the foods, they are actively trying to kill you), especially the dressings. You're probably getting fucked over by seed oils in things you eat. Calories is a trash system, the numbers don't line up very well. Implement a day or two of fasting in your weekly routine, no calories in those two days whatsoever. This will boost your autophagy and if you're a male will also help you build muscle in the following days. Don't do long cardio that often, your body gets used to routines, switch it up and do some HIIT exercise and some muscle training on some days (eccentric/negative motions are 2.2x better compared to positive motions, lower weights slowly in a controlled manner using the bulk of your exercise time, the lifting portion is trash)

Because you still eat more calories than you burn, albeit in the form of salads, chicken, tuna and eggs.

My suggestion is to avoid things like tuna mayo or chicken pizza or anything with seed oil and sugar added, which sate less hunger per calories ingested. You can eat like 1000 to 1500 calories in one sitting and not even realize it.

Anon is definitely miscalculating, I'm betting that theyre ignoring certain ingredients like the salad dressing lole

my jaw dropped when I checked how much 30g of the avarage dressing was, let alone a 100g which is the usual amount for restaurants to pour and included in pre-made grocery salads.

300+ calories for a condiment is not worth it for one half-fulling meal so you end up eating more while thinking you're under the limit

I'm losing 1 kg a week while still eating unhealthy and barely working out and that's by tracking every little thing that goes in my mouth, especially with a food scale.

Only began gaining back those half kg's when I started to chill out on the counting and estimating
