When I was 7 I started lactating a lot, like enough to fill a glass every few hours, so I went to the doctor and they were so stumped by what they saw that like 20 other medical professionals crowded the room and they all took pics of my swollen nips and they started extracting the milk for testing purposes and I was crying the whole time. I'm a guy.
I did taste my own milk and it was weirdly sugary almost like horchata. I can't drink horchata anymore because it reminds me of when my nipples used to leak like a faucet
