Why do trannies get to have surgery and pills to try to make them look like women. But ugly men don't get to have surgeries or pills to make them look like chad? What's going on here?

Some people would think about this and determine it means tranners shouldn't get surgery. Those people are low IQ normies.

The real truth is that being unable to live up to the aesthetic standards of your gender does become a genuine "disability" at some point and so the very ugliest of men and women should have some insurance coverage for aesthetic surgeries to increase their QoL. Not to become hot, but to become more functional day to day

Removing bone is infinitely more easier and has less complations than adding implants to act as bone.

men are in "competition". women only want the best men and if a man gives up and becomes trans they do not mind, since they do not have to bother with him anymore. now if a man was to increase his masculinity he would cheat the competition for women and as such they do not want that.
it is similiar to how some men complain about male up. except shitting on men for tryinf to become more attractive via unnatural means is socially more accepted.
