I unironically don't think I've changed that much in terms of maturity from when I was a teenager. I'm only slightly less cringe and maybe matured on some of my thinking and opinions. I have no idea why people think these small age gaps even matter, and that you somehow go from literally retarded to giga wise elder in two years.

There can be large gaps between people the younger the ages get, but it's mostly a gap of retards vs smart people that is misunderstood as being age related instead of them just being retarded. They'll stay retarded as they grow older.

Despite that, there's still quite a lot of things you can learn in a few years and you don't really reach final stage of awareness until a certain level of knowledge is gained. That's why sex with stupid people should be illegal, an idiot can't consent.
