I'm severely mentally ill but I managed to do 4 months offline by smashing my computer and smartphone with a hammer, and getting a dumbphone that can't really browse the internet.
You can set automatic payments for your banking, and check your emails once a week at the local library.
Honestly you should try it. Anyone normal is better off offline.
