From 12 years old all humans hair follicles are lessening if you look up the science on it. And every adult man's hair line recedes some from his teenage years. By 30-35 you will know if you're going bald or not for sure. That pic is too early to tell kid.

it depends, was it always like this or have you only just noticed it now? because I freaked out over mine when I was younger until I looked at childhood pictures and its just like that naturally, only the scalp is prone to balding, the sides of your head appear to appear most thin but you cant go bald on the sides, you also have regrowth on the hairline, if it were falling out you wouldn't really have this as they'd be dying off. My verdict is compare it to earlier photos and see if there is any hair fall.
